Contracts

New minor event: Contracts

Choose from three different contracts.
Contracts are "quests" that you have to do that run.

I honestly had a blast coding this.

minor updates:
added event wins and contract completions to chat
starting a quick maths now focuses on the LineEdit automatically

Planned:
Polish scene_handler so shops can show up later during the run (for buy x perk contract)
