qol and effects

added little guys as enemies :)

added keyboard shortcuts for a few scenes (numb keys and spacebar/LMB)

added a new type of perk: effects
effects only last a certain duration.
so far the only one is regen, obtained when using your healing item

also buffed the healing item so streaks can go a bit further

more effects and perks that add effects
contracts or fishing would be fun to implement
